The Wolverine Wake-Up Crew gets a kick out of playing games, mind games that is. This week we challenged our guests by playing some mind games with them. Check out this week's issue to see who was up for the challenge. You won't believe who won! Follow this link to watch The Wolverine Wake-Up Issue 126:

Though our outfits were purely coincidental, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to share our similar taste in Valentine's Day attire.
In the weekly PAWS drawing Mrs. Swaid's class earned a teacher chair and a fluffy buddy! So in turn, Mrs. Swaid will sit in a Kindergarten chair for the day. 😆
Thanks to all the parents who donated the supplies to make this Valentine's tic-tac-toe Middle School House happen yesterday! It was fun and tasty!
Tonight's basketball games WILL be played as scheduled. JV Girls vs. Tawas at 4:30, Varsity Girls vs. Atlanta to follow ~6:00, Varsity Boys after that vs. Atlanta ~7:30. #WolverinesLead
AGS will be closed due to inclement weather on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2025. Stay safe and we will see you (hopefully) on Friday! #WolverinesLead
Influenza!
Congratulations to Sophie Fox and thank you for supporting her #Alldayeveryday
Guess what we had for our fresh fruit and veggie program. We finally got starfruit in. I think Mrs Avram thought it was a little sour but the kids discribed it kind of like a crunchy apple, or maybe a grape.
Au & Gres and the fruits and veggies were watching the kids to make sure they took their fruits and veggies.
We had Bosco Cheese Sticks today for lunch, this is one of the kids favorite meals.
It was a fun day today we celebrated 100's day today. I almost didn't recognize all the little senior citizens today when they came in for breakfast and lunch, but they sure enjoyed all of their breaded chicken legs they had for lunch.
Model truss bridges are coming along nicely in environmental science. We will test their efficiency and weight capacity as soon as the glue dries.
Chemistry students finished their cross curricular periodic table element baby books today. They studied the chemical and physical traits of elements and compiled this information in the form of a scrapbook. They turned out amazing!
AGS Staff had an Underground Spirit Week! 🎉
✅ Monday: Blackout Day
✅ Tuesday: Unfinished Business Day
✅ Wednesday: Mr. Blackmore Day
✅ Thursday: Tee-riffic Thursday
We had a blast keeping the students guessing all week!
👀Did you notice how the staff dressed each day? Maybe you caught onto the pattern—or maybe you’re still trying to figure it out! 🤭

Happy 100th Day of School from Mrs. Hasty's 1st graders! We even took part in National Read Aloud Day by watching a live reading of The Big Cheese by the illustrator Pete Oswald.
Mrs. Swaid's class did many things to conclude this 100's day. It was sure a blast!
AGS is on mid-winter break Friday, February 7 (and Monday, Feb. 10), so the Weekly Wolverine Update is a special Thursday edition this week. Thanks for reading and have a wonderful long weekend: https://secure.smore.com/n/t4z1n #WolverinesLead
