If approved by voters, 20 year bond that will provide $11.995 million to the district.
Cost for a property owner of a home valued at $150,000 is approximately $9 per month.
If approved, the bond will allow roof improvements, air exchange/heating for large areas, lighting updates for the elementary and a state-of-the-art, year-round community center (air dome).
Election Day is Tuesday, August 5.

In August 2025, Au Gres-Sims residents will be asked to vote on a millage proposal for the district. The proposal will will leverage the success of the 2018 bond project, as well as 1.5 mill increase. Combined, the project is aimed at generating funds to restore old facility components, update the safety of visitors and athletes to our stadium, and construct a new community center building.

2025 BOND PROJECT SUMMARY
Renderings and layouts are presented in concept only. The district is continuing site visits and developing plans regarding models that will best fit our needs. This includes what is possible, as well as most practical, effective, and efficient for our money.
Whether or not the district gets a dome community center facility will be decided by the voters on August 5, what goes into the facility will be open for post-ballot community input and discussion.
